Dimple, Fred, Karin, Bob, and Sis, September 1966. Ann Newbegin Corwin, J. Fred Westerberg, Karin Lundquist Connelly, Bob Newbegin, Alfhild Lundquist Clark at Karin Connelly's house at 209 Cascade Drive and 16 Marion Avenue. Attached note: "Joyce: These five grew up together in Cascade Canyon - Fred at 175 Cascade (Breidablik), Ann & Bob, big house turned into apartments opposite 16 Marion, Karin (my mother) & Alfhild at 16 Marion, upper house. John Newbegin had a bookstore in San Francisco & owned up into the canyon from where the house is - Named it Earnscliff Canyon, now a city park, I believe - Carol Budds" |
