Description |
Foreground, Carl Mayer and standing in the rear, his nephew Albert C. Giesecke. Two young boys (maybe Albert's sons) lay underneath a hammock. Note the popular rustic garden furniture, and Mexican/South American type hemp hammocks. As of 1961, his land was the garden of 130 Cascade Drive, then the Mayer's home. This picture was owned by grand-nephew, Edwin C, Gieseck of 435 Throckmorton until 1961. |
