142 Lovell Ave. A two story light colored wood frame house is seen behind a grape stake fence. The upstairs attic floor has a single double hung window under the gable. There is a wrap-around roofed front porch extending out to the front with a decorative wood railing. The rear part of the house is wider and taller, with the roof gabled to the side. Attached description reads, "Unaltered Victorian built in the early 1890's. Joseph Rasette original owner laid out trails and built rustic bridges in Cascade Canyon for the Tamalpais Land & Water Co.
