Description |
149 Lovell Avenue, corner of Elma and Lovell Ave. Known as the "Newton Cottage" or "Folker House." This is the house where Mildred Folker Mancha was born. Her father, George Newton Folker, included the following note with the photo: "Newton Coottage Mill Valley and cabin beneath the trees." George is pictured on the far right with his children Dorothy (on his knee) and Howard (seated in front). A letter (see attached) suggests Alice Eastwood is depicted on the second floor, third from left. |
