Aerial view of Mill Valley, circa 1960. Tamalpais High School can he seen in the lefthand foreground beside Miller Avenue, which leads into Mill Valley. In the lower left center of photo is the city corporation yard between Camino Alto and the Northwestern Pacific Railroad tracks, both running perpendicular to Miller Avenue. Enchanted Knolls is at the lower far right and downtown Mill Valley is in the exact center, with Mt. Tamalpais beyond it. |
