Description |
Casper (June 27, 1860 - March 23, 1947) and Louise Gardner (nee Ornstein). Casper was the son of Peter Gardner and Cornelia Buckelew. The couple had no children. Casper was a Mill Valley Mayor and a Marin County Supervisor. He developed the Locust Avenue-Miller Avenue shopping area. |
