Description |
Three stories, originally built in the 1890's as a single-family home, the Classical Revival style architecture includes elaborate cornices, fish scale shingles, open verandas and round windows. This structure is now used as an apartment building with five separate units. Although much of the exterior has been preserved, the staircase is an addition. Public records describe this building as having four bedrooms and four bathrooms, as well as a gas-burning fireplace, a "mother-in-law unit," and a detached two-car garage. Different sources cite the original building date as: 1890's; 1891; 1893; 1897. |
